All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Azeno and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent order.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
